Non-local Settlement Policy
Non-local personnel can apply for permanent residency provided they can meet one of the following requirements:
Having Bachelor's or higher degree
Having Mid-level professional title or above
Being Graduates of junior college, polytechnic school or vocational school who have already worked in Suzhou for at least two years
Having invested in business(es) in Suzhou
Having purchased a unit of housing in Suzhou
